A moving documentary, which has achieved popularity throughout the world, and has received many international awards at film festivals throughout Europe and the USA. This is a story about two neurosurgeons (an Englishman and a Ukrainian) and the plight of a poor Ukrainian boy with a mortally dangerous tumour of the brain, which they attempt to surgically remove in order to save his life. This story is about forgotten human values, which forces the viewer to experience the angst of the heroes in the film right up to the last frame. It leaves no-one who has seen the film indifferent.
